Assessment Center (AC) in education and in practice

 

The 3-hour workshop will consist of three parts, the first half hour will include a short theoretical overview of the Assessment Center methodology and its applications. In the second part, participants will take part in a 2-hour AC program in three roles (player, assessor, observer). During the game, the players assume the role of a junior HR consultant applying for an imaginary junior HR position and solve small group tasks that will help the assessors to evaluate them on the basis of the output competences of the Human Resource Counselling Master Program. In the third block, the assessors will give the players a short feedback on the observed competences based on the criteria provided.
